We had the pleasure of staying in Apartment 10 and 10A from March 19 to 23, 2026, and we would like to share our experience from Istanbul.

The location is absolutely central, making it very easy to explore the city. Apartment 10A exceeded our expectations in every way — spacious, well-organized, clean, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay.

However, the main reason we are writing this review is to especially commend your concierge, Ivana. She was outstanding in every sense of the word. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. She provided us with incredibly detailed information about the city, answered every question with patience and enthusiasm, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience in Belgrade.

We will absolutely return, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a great location with exceptional service.
